Bookings-Payments
Bookings are made directly at our office or by post or by telephone or by email.
The booking is confirmed only when were receive a down payment of 30% of the amount of the booking price.
Tes sentiment balanceras to be paid 30 days before arrival.
For any booking cancellation, please refer to the cancellation conditions. In case oe early departure or interruption of you stay, the full amount will be invoiced.
Reduction - Extra charges
Children accompanier by their parents ans staying on the same room will benefit of the following reductions:
Free for children from 0 until é years old.
Children's rate for a child younger than 12 years old.
Check-in
Rooms ara available starting from 4 p .m. the day of arrival. for arrivals after 10 p.m., please contact the hotel before 8 p. m. so we can organize you check-in.
Check-out
Rooms have to be left before 11 a.m. the day of departure. Possibility for late check-out, on request and according availabilities : 90€
Visitor's Tax
Actually the community visitor' tax is 2 euros per day and per adult.
Cancellation and modification conditions
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival: the deposit of 30% of the amount of your booking will be preserved.
Cancellation less 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be cashed in.
In case your stay is reduced ( interruption or early departure), the total amount of the booking will be invoiced.
In case of cancellation, late modification or no show, the hotel will debit the total amount of the booking.
On no account, the amount representing they for will be postponed for a new booking. TO determine the cancellation or modification date, the date of the post will be used as proof.
We cannot accept cancellation or modification by phone pr thru a third parson, excepted by written delegation. In case of early departure from the hotel, no refund will be done except in case of labor force with proof.
The hotel reserves the right to change or cancelates its program's. It declines any responsibility for value items, money, jewels,... It reserves the right to change its prices in case of currency value modification or transport or lodging price modification during the period for witch is services are used, whatever dates of inscription payment.
We remind our client that in accordance the the article L. 121-21 of the Consumption Code, he does not dispose of the right to retract according article L.121-21 of the Consumption Code. The sales conditions of the bookes price, stipulate the cancellation or modification conditions of the booking.
Mediation
In case of litigation between the professional and the consumer, they have to do an effort to find an amicable solution. If not, the consumer has the possibility to activated for free the mediator of consumption on which the professional depends, as in the Association of European Mediators ( AME CONSO), in a time laps of one year costing from the day of complain with a written complaint addressed to the professional.
